Cheesy Mac

I am a big fan of mac & cheese, but a couple years ago the other people in my house decided that they didn't want to eat anything wasn't a plant. That means they won't eat cheese...not a big deal except I am not a big fan of leftover mac & cheese. So not wanting to waste food I haven't been eating a lot of cheesy noodle goodness. I tried the Easy Mac single serve things, but there is something off about them. I can't put my finger on it but the easy cheesy is not so please-y. Anyway a couple weeks ago I found a solution to my woes...
